The Way Home Project will assist those who have experienced long-term homelessness make their way home to new apartments at the Four Ten Lofts in downtown Baltimore. Most will be moving in with little more than they can carry in a duffle bag—and we need your help to make their house a home.
Leaders United raised funds needed to purchase the necessary household items, and now it’s time to shop and set up. Move-in day is quickly approaching! Please join us to create lasting homes for these 20 individuals as they transition from long-term homelessness into permanent supportive housing.
